Yoga

From dynamic, athletic flow to slower practices designed for mobility and recovery, our yoga classes combine breath, intentional movement and thoughtful sequencing to build strength, awareness and connection.

VINYASA
Dynamic. Athletic. Expansive. A breath-led practice that builds progressively from mobility and foundational movement into dynamic, full-body flow. Expect thoughtful sequencing, strength, balance and opportunities to explore more challenging postures, including arm balances, inversions and backbends. Each class offers room to challenge yourself while staying connected to breath, control and quality of movement. Leave feeling strong, grounded and more connected to your body.

VINYASA STEADY
Intentional movement at a steadier pace. A grounded approach to Vinyasa that gives you more time to move, breathe and explore each part of the practice. Expect intentional sequencing, mobility, strength and balance with a steadier pace and more time to refine alignment and transitions. You’ll still move and work, but with less emphasis on speed and more space for awareness and control. Accessible without being easy, this is a practice for anyone looking to move well and leave feeling centered.

RESET + RESTORE
Slow down. Release. Recover. A slower practice designed to help your body recover from training, sport and the demands of everyday life. Using mobility, longer-held stretches, restorative postures and intentional breathing, Reset + Restore creates space to release tension, improve range of motion and shift toward a more restful state. Come when you need less intensity and more restoration.

Strength + Movement

Three distinct approaches to building a stronger, more capable body. Across all three formats, expect intentional programming, functional movement and purposeful training designed to help you move well—not simply work harder.

SCULPT · HEATED + UNHEATED
Strength. Control. Conditioning. Rooted in Pilates and strength training, Sculpt combines resistance work, core training, balance, mobility, coordination and conditioning in one intelligently sequenced class. Precise, controlled movement develops stability and body awareness before progressing into standing strength and higher-energy conditioning. Using dumbbells, bodyweight and other resistance, you’ll build strength, muscular endurance and stamina while developing greater control over how you move. Athletic, rhythmic and challenging, Sculpt trains the whole body without chasing exhaustion for its own sake.

BUILD · UNHEATED
Progressive strength. Heavier loads. Fundamental patterns. BUILD is our dedicated strength-training format, centered around progressive resistance and fundamental movement patterns including squatting, hinging, lunging, pushing, pulling and carrying. Expect intentionally programmed strength blocks, heavier loads, lower repetitions and appropriate recovery between sets. Mobility and joint preparation are incorporated to support strong, efficient movement. Interactive and educational, BUILD emphasizes technique, progressive challenge and developing strength that carries beyond the studio.

RANGE · UNHEATED
Functional movement meets strength training. Range brings together intentional movement preparation and structured strength training. Class begins with a functional flow designed to mobilize the joints, connect breath and core, and prepare the body for the work ahead. From there, you’ll transition into progressive strength blocks using dumbbells, bodyweight and resistance to train fundamental movement patterns.
