Yoga has numerous physical and mental benefits, including increased flexibility, strength, and balance, reduced stress and anxiety, improved sleep, and better overall health.
We welcome students of all experience levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our teachers offer modifications and variations to make each class accessible to all.
Most of our classes are one hour long, but we occasionally offer 75 and 90 minute classes for those who want a longer practice.
There is limited paid on-street parking in front of the studio on Spruce and Pacific Streets as well as Colorado Avenue. Parking is almost always available at the Silver Jack Parking Garage located at 155 W. Pacific Avenue, a short distance away.
The free Galloping Goose Shuttle runs in front of our studio and access most places in town.

We are located in the historic Silver Bell building, built in 1890. The space was a former dance hall, saloon, and during Prohibition a "soda shop". The studio is spacious and drenched with natural sunlight with original hardwood floors.
We believe in an extraordinary clean studio. The entire space is deep cleaned at least once a week. The studio itself is sanitized after each use. We use only non-toxic, artificial fragrance free and phthalate free products.
