Range yoga exists to help people move well, feel grounded, and live fully connected lives. We believe movement is more than exercise- it's a way to come home to yourself. Our classes blend strength, awareness, and curiosity, inviting students to explore their physical and mental range with presence and play.
We create a space that is modern yet warm, intentional yet unpretentious- a place where every student, at every level, feels seen and supported. Through mindful movement and genuine connection we empower our community to feel strong, calm, and capable- on and off the mat.
Our team of experienced instructors are passionate about movement and helping others. They are dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all students, regardless of experience or ability level.
We offer a variety of classes to suit different needs and preferences, including vinyasa and restorative yoga, Pilates- based, and strength training movement classes. Our classes are designed to be inclusive and welcoming to all, and we strive to create a safe and supportive space for everyone to practice.

"Movement has always been a source of creativity and expression for me. From my early experiences in gymnastics and dance to the competitive camaraderie of team sports like volleyball, basketball, and track, to the grounding and connecting practice of yoga, I've felt firsthand how powerful these practices can be when guided by inspiring teachers. That's why I teach - to create the same kind of supportive, fun, and expressive space that shaped me. My classes weave together functional movement, biomechanics, and an intelligent mix of yoga, ballet, and Pilates -based movements; paired with intention setting at the onset of each class to shape mindset and fortify the " why" behind the movement. You can expect high energy, lots of laughter, and an environment that's both challenging and uplifting."

"Movement and practice have always played key roles in my life. I was first introduced to dance at the age of 3 and fell in love with the daily opportunity to grow and develop through hard work and consistency. I've carried this work ethic with me, minoring in dance at Bennington College, bringing trail running into the mix, and finding yoga while on a post college study year in Sweden. I am endlessly inspired by the mountains and the feeling I get while being alone in the high country. When I teach, I try to weave sensations of groundedness with fluidity and play, all feelings I find on the trails."

" I discovered movement as medicine when I was 16. After mono sidelined me from sports and dance, I felt unmoored and low- until I found my way back through fitness classes. Moving my body helped me heal, rebuild confidence, and reconnect to myself. That experience showed me how powerful mindful movement can be. That's why I teach - to help others find that same connection - to feel strong, grounded, and capable in their bodies. My classes are about presence and play: moving with awareness, but also with a sense of lightness and joy. I believe that when we move well, we live well- and that the time we invest in caring for our bodies always gives back.
My teaching style is approachable, interactive, and infused with humor. I like to keep things intentional, but never too serious."
